Step 1 - Open Wi-Fi Settings in the Bottom-Right Menu
Step 2 - Select PioneerNet From the List of Available WiFi Networks.
Step 3 - Select PEAP under EAP method and Do not check under Server CA certificate
Step 4 – Enter Your Point Park username in the Identity Field and Your Password in the Password Field
Step 5 - Click Connect and you should now be successfully connected
NOTE: If connection fails with these settings, some chromebooks require the "Identity" field be filled out with "PointPark.edu\(Point Park Username excluding @pointpark.edu) "
NOTE: If settings continue to fail after the above change, change the field for "EAP Phase 2 Authentication" to mschapv2.
NOTE: This article will also work for connecting to 802.1x where it is still present. The only changes will be connecting to 802.1x instead of PioneerNet then following the remainder of these instructions.
